Investor Vault
The new Investor Vault is now available in production, giving investors and issuer editors a single home for everything tied to an investment. From the vault, users can review their investments, complete KYC and accreditation, access and download subscription agreements and documents, and make and track payments, all in one place.
Improvements
- Added support for multiple countersigners per offering, removing the need for a shared email and improving agreement audit logs.
- Launched a new partner API, giving approved partner issuers secure access to their investors’ information so they can manage investor relationships directly within their own systems.
- Enhanced Offering Onboarding with a simplified workflow, standardized offering configuration fields, and improved IPO-specific behavior.
- Improved payment processing with better Stripe error handling, expedited investment cancellation, issuer notification enhancements, and more accurate payment status reporting.
