Investors Summary Card
A new card on the investment summary page shows every stakeholder’s KYC and Agreement status at a glance, with clear markers for Primary, UBO, and Signer roles. Outstanding actions are now immediately visible without digging through tabs.
USD-only investment mode
A new per-offering setting presents investments as a plain USD amount in the investor portal, hiding the security type, share count, and per-security price. Defaults to off.
Smaller refinements
- Crypto currency now displays in the issuer portal alongside USD
- Investors receive an email when their KYC or KYB is declined
- Copy update on the Investor Details step for clarity
Bug fixes and small improvements
This release also includes a range of fixes and refinements across the platform:
