Redesigned Investment Details
The Investment Details page in the investor portal has a new layout, with status cards for payment, identity verification, agreements and accreditation that show where each step stands and link straight to its details. On desktop, the page and its sections now use a two-column layout with easier navigation between them.
Improvements
Webhook Notifications — Partners can now receive real-time notifications as investments progress, covering registrations, investment status changes, payments, document signing and verification updates.
Partner API — Broker-dealer partners can now securely retrieve investor verification results and approve or decline verifications from their own compliance systems through the EquiDeFi partner API.
Verification Redesign — Issuers now see politically exposed person, adverse media and watchlist screening results clearly on each investment, along with a new card summarizing the verification status of entity investors.
